MEET PATTY
I help people, mostly women, who’ve already tried all the right things finally build the life they actually want.
I’m an executive coach with deep roots in social justice. I spent most of my career in immigration, civil rights, and advocacy. I understand the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from advocating so hard for everyone, except for yourself. I’ve lived through severe anxiety and total burnout. It’s why I became a coach. I found a better way to live, and I want to help you do the same.
My CredentialsIn addition to my training and professional development, I bring something the certifications didn’t and can’t teach: lived experience. Even still, I take the credentials I’ve achieved seriously:
ACC Credentialed, International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in professional coaching
Certified Applied Positive Psychology Coach, The Flourishing Center
Certified ADHD and Neurodiversity Coach, the JST Coaching Program
Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach
Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program
The clients I work with deserve to know whether or not they are working with someone who has been rigorously trained and assessed, and actually knows what they’re doing.
My ClientsI especially love working with...
Gen X and older millennial women who are in the middle of a life or career transition
Managers and executives in nonprofits, foundations, and progressive organizations who understand their mission but might have lost their footing
Leaders who are ADHDers or have other neurodiversities who are brilliant at their work and exhausted
Anyone who feels like they’ve already tried everything, but something still feels stuck
I’m not the right coach for everyone. I’m not a resume writer. I’m not a LinkedIn strategist. If you want tactical job search help, I’m happy to point you toward someone who does that well.
What I do is different: I help you understand why you’re stuck, who you want to be, and how to start making the kind of changes that actually last.
