An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation


This will be an experience we will share in an online space together, where I will share techniques in mindfulness, breathing, reframing, and reflection to give you more tools to deepen your own meditation practice in a way that feels sustainable and doable.

This 6-week course will begin the 14th of May, and costs $25.

Live sessions will be Saturdays at 9am ET, beginning May 14th, though all sessions will be recorded and shared with all participants.
